Planning our trip to Kentucky and trying to decide what to include. We are thinking about spending some time at Natural Bridge area. Is there much to see there? We like boating/swimming.

I%26#39;d definitley recommend seeing NB if you%26#39;re the hiking type (also great hiking in the nearby Red River Gorge, although there%26#39;s enough to keep you busy right at NB); very nice state resort park there, whether you choose the lodge, cabins, or camping. However, other than canoeing/kayaking on the Red River (seasonally), there%26#39;s not much ';boating'; unless you drive over to Cave Run Lake in Morehead. You%26#39;ll want to head for the Western part of the state for Nolin Lake, Dale Hollow, Land Between the Lakes, etc. Good luck.

There%26#39;s an awesome via ferratta climbing facility there called ';Torrent Falls';

It%26#39;s a lot of fun - did it about 10 days ago. They have a variety of difficulty levels. We even had a 10 year old with us do the beginner and intermediate sections.
Have you thought about Holly Bay? It%26#39;s a little farther south.
