I%26#39;m planning a family vacation to Louisville in the first of August. My mother, who is 74 but in pretty good physical shape, and my nephew, who will have just passed the bar exam, will be looking for historical sights. My niece, who will have just graduated from college and who is one of NC%26#39;s premier collegiate softball pitchers, will of course want to visit the Louisville Slugger museum. (We will also be doing a day trip to see the Reds.) Do you have any suggestions for things to see and do that would please 3 generations? Thanks!
3 generation family vacation
-Take a ride on the Belle of Louisville.
-Take in a game at Slugger Field (Louisville Bats, Cincy%26#39;s farm team).
-Ky. Derby Museum.
-Frazier History Museum.
-Muhammad Ali Center
-Distillery tour, if you can drive about an hour. Woodford Reserve Distillery recommended. Maker%26#39;s Mark also recommended, but about 1.5 hour drive.
3 generation family vacation
Thank you! I have looked at the distilleries and didn%26#39;t know which one would be the best. The Frazier looks good, too. Thanks again.
