I%26#39;m going to a concert at SGH in a few weeks. It%26#39;s on a Saturday night. It occurred to me that I haven%26#39;t been to a show there since the mid-1990s, before NOTL et al went in, and finding parking might be much more challenging than it used to be. Anybody have any tips? Would prefer not to pay, but I recognize that might no longer be possible, especially on a weekend evening.

It would be tough if you don%26#39;t know the area and its side streets very well. You might just have to bite the bullet and park at the levee or in one of the surface lots. I think the levee parking structure is like $5 on the weekends.

In the future you might ask the clerk at the Travel lodge. They have let us park there before for free.
