To answer my own question (after some research), I think it may have become ';Patti%26#39;s.';

Yes...the Microtel Inn is still there except the owners of Patti%26#39;s did buy it. They have renamed it Patti%26#39;s Inn. They are going to put a Bridal Suite in and offer packages that go with Patti%26#39;s Dining.
