My family along with my parents, sisters family are planning a trip next year. We are looking for a group of cottages/cabins that we can rent for the week any suggestions?one dog as well. We would like to stay on the lake with lake access. It would also be nice to have a pool or playground as we have 7 kids with us. Either side of the lakes would be fine, but I have heard that Barkley is Calmer water is this true. Thanks for any help!!
Family TripIt is true that the water on Barkley is usually calmer than Kentucky. I have been boating and jet-skiing on both, and I said I%26#39;d never jet ski on Kentucky again because it is so rough!
