Theres a place called Corky%26#39;s right by the mall. It%26#39;s behind the Wal-Mart on Nicholasville Road. They have good pork!

Billy%26#39;s barbecue is a local institution on East High Street/Tates Creek Road in the Chevy Chase neighborhood

They have pulled pork, chicken, mutton, ribs, etc. Billy%26#39;s has good local atmosphere and a full bar. While I have not eaten at the Corky%26#39;s in Lexington, it is a chain restaurant that started in Memphis. The original in Memphis is great, but I don%26#39;t know how well that translates to a franchise outlet in Lexington.
