We are planning to spend a couple of days during fall break in Ky. We%26#39;re not sure yet what part of Ky we will be visiting... that will depend on what attractions and such we decide to do. What children%26#39;s activities can you suggest for a couple of 5 yr olds??

Grand Rivers KY has a lake you can get shells at and a nice little settlement with animals, game room, rock climbing wall, play ground, etc. then down the road is Land Between the Lakes with a nature center, planetarium, elk and bison prairie you drive threw.

Have to agree with the previous post...went to LBL 2 years ago on fall break. Great family trip. Also, you could consider the cave area around Cave City. Dinosaur World is popular with small ones as well as the Wildlife Museum. Of Course theres Mammoth Cave with the Cave tours.
The Mammoth Cave area has a lot of child centered activities. I believe Cave City has a website that lists all the attractions.
