No offense, Gem, but you%26#39;ve spelled it Lousiville in more than one post. I hope that%26#39;s not intentional, LOL!!Lousyville is worse, I suspect.

That%26#39;a little rundown on July 4 activities. The only parade I know about is in Crescent Hill and is very low-key. Think kids on bikes, etc. I see you are going to the track- something you will definitely enjoy is the Ky Derby Museum next door. Also, you can take a backside tour of the track:

The Belle of Louisville Steamboat is having a Bluegrass Cruise on the 5th, check their schedule, it%26#39;s fun.
